The interview about Helen and her relationship to husband Damian Lewis which I posted in the previous post is part of the full interview which will be published in Woman and Home magazine on March 30. Helen will be on the cover of the issue (which will actually be out tomorrow!). Plus, a new photoshoot will be featured by the talented Trevor Leighton.

I uploaded LQ and tagged images to the photo gallery. Enjoy!

As you can see in one of the previous posts, Helen is featured in The Protagonist Magazine’s Aut/Win 2016 – Issue 2. She’s even portrayed on the cover of it.

I’ve asked a wonderful fan to scan the article and the images of Helen in the issue but haven’t received them yet. Stay tuned for that!

For now, I added one behind the scenes photo of that shoot and one outtake of the photoshoot to the image archive. Enjoy!

Among other celebrities, Helen participated in the Turn Your Nose Up campaign by Farms not Factories.

Plucked from obscurity, posing under studio lights and cuddling up to the likes of Jeremy Irons… it’s no life for a pig. Not that these poor little fellows had any say in the matter. They are mere accessories in the latest celebrity animal welfare campaign.

The piglets posed with celebrities including Dominic West, Rupert Everett, Helen McCrory, Leslie Ash, Sadie Frost, Dame Vivienne Westwood and Jon Snow to highlight conditions on some factory farms.

Others supporting the Turn Your Nose Up campaign against intensive pig farming include Sting, Trudie Styler, Stephen Fry, Jamie Oliver and Hugh Grant.

Connected to the interview for the Mail which I posted on the website earlier today, Helen was photographed by Ray Burmiston for Event Magazine. The styling is by Marcella, the hair by Alice Theobald, the make-up by Terry Barber and the set design by Cassie Smith at ProppedUp. Enjoy the images, which I uploaded to the image archive.

National Theatre has officially confirmed that Helen will be leading one of its upcoming plays, “The Deep Blue Sea“. On its official website, they uploaded a short synopsis for the play and an amazing promotional image that shows Helen in it. The photo was taken by Dean Rogers. I added it to our photo gallery. Make sure to check it out!

A flat in Ladbroke Grove, West London. 1952.

When Hester Collyer is found by her neighbours in the aftermath of a failed suicide attempt, the story of her tempestuous affair with a former RAF pilot and the breakdown of her marriage to a High Court judge begins to emerge. With it comes a portrait of need, loneliness and long-repressed passion.

Behind the fragile veneer of post-war civility burns a brutal sense of loss and longing.

Terence Rattigan’s devastating masterpiece contains in Hester one of the greatest female roles in contemporary drama.

Helen McCrory and director Carrie Cracknell reunite following the acclaimed Medea in 2014.

Edit: I also added The Deep Blue Sea to the filmography/career page of the website and updated the play’s page. The complete list of Helen’s projects can be found here and the page for The Deep Blue Sea can be found here.
